The ISPAI do some really tough work, they essentially receive and monitor reporting of child abuse imagery online. It’s such an enormous and utterly tragic problem, its hard to accept or even understand its existence.
Their heroic and difficult work is wrapped up in its annual report, which outlines how they work with different ISPs, international police and monitoring groups, and an ever changing digital world.
France Fitzgerald TD Minister for Justice & Equality was at hand to launch the report along with ISPAI chief executive Paul Durrant which took place in the Irish Architectural Archive in Dublin 2 (really stunning Georgian building on Merrion Square).
So the ISPAI needed Press and PR photos of the event with quick turnaround and distribution to the press, this was easily facilitated to ensure they got the press coverage the event deserved.
Nobody really noticed but I did manage to get the Four Courts in the background of the launch photo, which seemed appropriate.
woah there – not so fast cowboy
