I’ve been busy developing a new product for the past couple of months. Capable of photographing any scene at immense high definition and on a 360 degree vista, then outputted through a web-friendly viewer.
So far the reaction I’ve had from people has been one of astonishment and incredulity. It uses new techniques, hardware, software, extreme heavy computing (dealing with +40gb Photoshop files!), Flash, Terminal and HTML – but the results are spellbinding. And more importantly it can be used to create, sticky interactive content. Combined with the potential of using Facebook photo-tagging it can be a wonderful way for brands to interact.
